This document constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement between the user (whether individual, researcher, or corporate enterprise entity) and AG Tech ("the Company"). Accessing, compilation of, deployment of, or interface routines with any computational node, repository, code snippet, sandbox, or live environment managed by the Company indicates your absolute, irrevocable consent to these conditions. If you do not possess legal authority or do not agree, access is immediately denied.
All functional code scripts, structural logic frameworks, defense configurations, database designs, and advanced technological architectures researched or hosted under AG Labs, including systems configured for Project Aegis, represent proprietary intellectual trade assets of the Company. Unauthorized replication, framing, commercial distribution, or mirror compilation without explicit, written executive authorization signed by the Board of Directors is strictly prohibited and subject to aggressive litigation.
Users are strictly prohibited from performing automated threat mapping, vulnerability probing, malicious traffic injection, back-box scanning, or traffic packet interception routines against any asset running on the Company's fabric network. Any verified infrastructure breach attempt or reverse engineering activity will result in the immediate deployment of automatic cryptographic node containment blocks, total network blacklist routing, and direct escalation to federal cyber-security compliance agencies.
The Company delivers all alpha, beta, and operational platform infrastructures strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" functional standard. AG Tech explicitly disclaims liability for any financial interruptions, data layer corruption events, server host node outages, or infrastructural vulnerabilities encountered during system execution.
